1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

TOUR AND SERVICE BOOKING CONDITION

- All rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% value added tax (vat)

-  All rates are non-commissionable.

- The agreed rates are exclusively for the leisure market.

-  All rates are inclusive of above-mentioned services. All extra services are subject to additional charge.

- All rates are based on cabin availability.

- Child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin or room with maximum of 2 adults. This discount policy depends on the affiliate

2. CANCELLATION

a. Full refund for cancellation due to very bad weather, natural disasters or unexpected cases that prevent or stop the tour.

b. Full refund if you cancel booking 48 hours prior to the tour departure

c. Non refund for any cancellation after 48 hours to the tour departure

d. Tours that are part of our association with other entities such as accommodation units are subject to their policies. Usually 4-5 star hotels will require you to make clear decisions 7 days in advance. If you make a change after 7 days you may lose 50% of your stay at that hotel. We will remind you of this when booking a tour.

3. PAYMENT METHOD

- Except as otherwise agreed by Vexperi Travel, Client's payment shall be executed by cash in Euros, Dollars or Vietnam Dongs. Credit card are accepted with 3% bank's charge.

- In cases, where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Vexperi's bank account.

- Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Vexperi Travel must be paid by the Client.
