TOUR BOOKING PROCESS

1. Geting tour information

2. Building a tour together

Except for tailor-made tours or private tours designed just for you or the places you want to go, which are not really popular that makes us build a complete program just for you. We have provided all the remaining information about the tour in terms of content and images, even videos.

3. Making a deposit

- The most common way is that we will send you a secure link where you can deposit a portion of the tour value (usually 30%). We work with a reputable intermediary in Vietnam, licensed by the government to operate as a bank. With this method, you will usually lose 3% of the intermediary fee.

- Normally you will deposit us 30% of the tour amount. In some cases, with a large number of guests, the deposit may be 10 - 20% of the tour value. This also depends on the accommodation facility.

- Why do you have to deposit? It is easy to understand. Tourism services are an interdisciplinary service, involving many factors and many partners. It's not an item you can pick up or put down. To have a good tour, we need to prepare materials and human resources in advance. The fact that you book a tour too late for the departure date or cancel too late affects many other people. The deposit is a guarantee for the quality of your tour and our preparation.

- If you are in Vietnam or near the company we will find another method if you want to deposit for example cash. We will then provide you with a receipt for the tour you purchased. You will not lose the 3% fee in this case.

4. Preparing for the tours

Before the tour day, we will closely follow you to ensure that you have good health preparation. Changes to the number of participants or the schedule should be decided early in this phase.
